Description: Literally the watchers on the wall. Gargoyles are the peacekeeping, balancing race who have been known to team up with hunters or even become vigilantes. They live in clans led by a chieftain/chieftess and go to rest on rooftops in groups. They are particularly attached to the buildings where they rest. While sleeping, gargoyes are mildly aware of their surroundings. While in sunlight they can only exist in their grotesque forms or as stone while they sleep, but away from the sun or at night they can choose to appear human, or take a mixed form (for example, a human appearance with wings). Due to their long lifespans, gargoyles may appear younger for longer. They only age as far as their 60s, close to the millennial mark.

The gargoyles in Shadowhurst are keeping their eyes on the wolf packs, who have a storm brewing.
